Follow The Below Steps:

• Go to Start and then This PC on your computer.
• Connect the fresh external drives in your Computer.
• Find the important files and data which you want to back up.
• Select the files and folder and copy them. Press the Ctrl + C key once to copy the selected clipboard.
• Move back to the external drive and paste it. Press the Ctrl +V key once to paste the files into your external drive.
• Repeat the same process for all the files and folders.
• Complete the process and come back to This PC.
• Do a right click on an external drive and choose Eject.
